Join an online meeting straight from Telegram, Bale and notifications — no login page
The invite button now drops every notified member straight into the room, even from a browser — Telegram, Bale, a phone push — that has never signed in to the panel. The online meeting button also moved from the board to every tab of the project.

What changed
Tapping a project meeting invite used to land on the login form whenever the browser it opened in — the browser inside Telegram or Bale, or the one a phone push opens — had never signed in to the panel, and the meeting went on without you. Each invite now carries its own short-lived, signed link for exactly that member: tapping "Join the room" — in Telegram, Bale, the panel bell and the phone push — drops you straight into the room, and it connects by itself.
The "Online meeting" button, which lived only on the project board, now sits in the header of every tab of the project: the Gantt, the milestones, the repeating rules, the meeting minutes and the project group. Starting a meeting no longer means walking back to the board first.
The meeting's floating window (PiP) grew up, too: open any other tab or window of the panel and the live meeting is there with its open button — not only in the tab that started it — and the window now shows up to four camera tiles side by side. The project's own tabs (Gantt, milestones and the rest) prefetch on hover, so moving between them costs no wait.
How to use it
- When a member starts a project's online meeting, the invite arrives wherever you get notifications: the panel bell and inbox, Telegram, or Bale.
- Tap "Join the room" — even a browser that has never seen the panel lands you directly inside the meeting.
- To start a meeting yourself, press "Online meeting" on any tab of the project; the room opens for you and the rest of the team is notified.
Good to know
- The direct link is personal to each member and expires after a few hours; a later tap brings the login page, and after signing in the room is there in the meeting rooms list.
- The team invite goes out once per room per ten minutes: two simultaneous taps on "Online meeting" don't ring every phone twice, but a meeting that gathers again after that brings a fresh invite naming whoever re-opened it.
- In the business's Telegram admin group the meeting message carries the room's plain link — the personal one-tap button reaches each member's own private chat, because that link is signed for one person.
- Telegram's "open inside Telegram" button only appears once the panel's domain is registered with BotFather as the bot's Mini App domain; until then the invite arrives automatically with a plain link button that opens the same direct join.
- The boundaries are the ones you already know: a members-only project invites only the members who may read it, and when your membership in the business ends, your old link opens no door.
- A member who has paused notifications still sees the inbox copy.
