The panel works offline; your changes queue and send when the connection returns
When the internet drops, panel actions — notes, follow-ups, stage moves, tasks — are saved on the device and replayed in order the moment the connection comes back.

What changed
Until now, losing the connection made the panel read-only: every button failed. Panel writes now wait in a queue on the device — a customer note, a logged call, completing or snoozing a follow-up, moving a pipeline stage, ticking a task or checklist item, recording an expense, anything you click in the panel. Text typed mid-outage stays in its field instead of being wiped.
When the connection returns, the queue is sent in the order you did the work and the page redraws itself so you see what actually landed. Pages you had opened still open offline, and the panel's main screens (dashboard, contacts, tasks…) are now kept ready for an offline visit.

How to use it
- Nothing to turn on. When the connection drops, the red "You are offline" banner appears and every click answers with "Saved on this device" instead of an error.
- When the connection returns, the queue drains by itself and the page refreshes. If the tab was closed, it drains the next time you open the panel.
- If the server refuses one of the queued writes (for example the record changed in the meantime), you will see "Some offline changes could not be synced" — review that screen and repeat the action.
Good to know
- Money (payments, refunds, settlement), irreversible deletions (forgetting a customer's data), sign-out and switching business are deliberately never queued; they need a live connection as before.
- Live search, live calls and dictation inherently need the network.
- The queue holds up to 200 items for up to 7 days on the device; older rows are then dropped.
- The queue lives in this browser on this device only; other devices are unaffected.
