A sidebar that stays put, and a default business
The fold button on the side menu is now a real, visible button; a folded menu stays folded across refreshes and page moves; and the business you work on is kept on your account, so signing in again opens right back on it.

What changed
The panel's side menu got three new behaviours:
- The fold button is findable. The little arrow that folded the menu away used to be a faint glyph; it is now a real button with a border and a surface of its own, the same family as the account circle beside it, and just as visible in dark mode.
- A folded menu stays folded. Fold it once and the choice is kept in the browser — across refreshes and across moves from page to page. Until now the menu popped back open on the first navigation.
- A default business. The last business you worked on is kept on your account, not just in the browser session. The next time you sign in — from any device — the panel opens right there, not on whichever of your businesses sorts first alphabetically.
How to use it
- To fold the menu, press the arrow button at the top of the side menu (beside the account circle); a small tab left on the screen's edge brings it back.
- To switch businesses, the same place as always: the account circle at the top of the menu, under "Businesses". Each switch makes the new business your default.
Good to know
- The default business lives on your account, so it is the same on every device; change it on your phone and the desktop follows after the next sign-in.
- If you ever lose access to a business, the panel moves itself to the next one you may see.
- The fold is kept per browser; on a phone the menu stays the usual strip and has no fold buttons.
