Email sent to your support address becomes a ticket, customers open tickets from the portal, a chat box on your site is answered by your AI agent, and customers' SMS replies land in the inbox.
Your public catalogue now has \"Add to cart\". Buyers place the order and pay online or on delivery, each order becomes an invoice, and you move it along from sent to delivered.
You can now see who opened an email and what they clicked. Customer journeys branch on it, each campaign can test two subject lines, and landing pages gain ready-made sections and search settings.
A paid invoice is no longer edited; you issue a credit note against it. Each customer's statement prints with a running balance, repeating invoices get a Subscriptions screen, and each group of customers can have its own price list.
Ring up counter sales from your catalogue, scan barcodes, give a discount and print an 80 mm receipt. Each sale becomes a paid invoice and comes off stock, and if the internet drops, sales wait on the device.
The Books screen builds profit and loss, a balance sheet, cash and bank balances, money owed both ways and a VAT report from the invoices, payments and expenses you already record, with no journal entries by hand.
Each business sets its own hours and closed days, hands appointments to colleagues, takes a deposit at booking, sends an SMS reminder hours before, and shows bookings in Google, Apple or Outlook calendar.
A campaign's industries, cities and keywords are now entered as tags, searches look for your customers' trades rather than your own, and one campaign's targeting can be copied into another.
A customer's conversations in messaging channels and their comments on social media now show on their file. Any message becomes a task in one click, and a new message opens a follow-up for the person in charge.
Pick a skin from your account menu and every panel screen takes that look. Under the Windows and macOS skins, pages open as windows with a taskbar or a dock.
On the Sales reps screen, each person's lead count now opens their own page — the leads in their hands with their pipeline stage, the open tasks assigned to them with project and due date, and a red \"No next follow-up date\" badge beside any lead nobody has promised to call.
A lead with no open follow-up date no longer moves to another open column without one. On the pipeline the move asks you for the date there and then; on the customer file the move is refused until a date is set. Won and lost are exempt.
