A task created from a customer file now carries the customer's name onto My work, the Work desk and Metro's list tiles — a chip that opens her file in one click, and her number when she has no name yet.
The estimated value, the proposal amount and the sale value now live on the lead sheet — kept separately for each business, typed in the business's own currency, with every change written to the lead's history and the estimate shown on the pipeline card.
Who may see a lead can now be changed from its row on the contacts list — the customer file's own editor, one click nearer. Team-management seats may make the change too, and the form builder no longer pins a default recipient.
Two new Metro tiles — \"My open tasks today\" and \"My open overdue tasks\" — show the work instead of the number: your own open rows with title, project, customer and due date, each finished by the tick right on the board.
Language, theme, panel skin, profile, the suggestion box and sign-out have left the sidebar's foot and now live behind one avatar chip at the top of the screen — in the phone's top bar and beside the logo on desktop — opening with a tap.
A bio-link card button can now carry a file instead of a URL — a PDF, an image or a document up to 12 MB — and the customer downloads it straight from the card's public page, with no sign-in and no third-party host in between.
The pipeline's quick sheet and the contacts list's new-lead window now share one form and one validation, and take four new fields — notes, landline, WhatsApp number and address — plus a follow-up specialist chosen at the door, who receives the follow-up reminder.
Estimated, proposal and sale values on the lead sheet; one shared new-lead form with new fields; lead viewers editable from the contacts list; Metro list tiles; file buttons on digital catalogue cards; the account menu at the top of the screen; a page per sales rep; a required follow-up date to move a lead; and the customer chip on tasks.
